To All our valued Clients, Customers and Suppliers, we would like to advise that after 22 years being situated at 138 Bay Terrace Wynnum our office has now relocated. As most of you would know with the onset of Covid 19 we made the decision to transition and start working remotely, with our office being attended by appointment only. Fast forward 2 years and these arrangements have continued to work well for our business and staff, so we have therefore decided that the office on Bay Terrace Wynnum would no longer suit our needs. Our business will always have the need for a localized meeting room so we can still get together for that all important face to face meeting or chat, whether that be for the signing of leases, managements or the handing out of keys, rest assured we are all only a phone call away and a few minutes’ drive will have us at the door. Our new physical address is 17/65 Ronald Street Wynnum (situated at the Oahu Apartment building on the ground floor). Please note that we also have a new mailing address which is P.O. Box 576 Wynnum. Qld. 4178.
Over the coming weeks our phones are being transferred and as you can expect, our phone provider has warned us that there will be interruptions to our phone system. Please don’t be concerned if you can’t get through on our mainline number 38933033. It will continue to function as before with our virtual receptionist system being re-instated once the transfer is complete. In the meantime if you wish to speak directly to any of us our numbers will be listed at the bottom of this email. Our numbers can also be found on the front of our office door. Please also note that for convenience you can still drop off leases, keys etc. to our new address by using the locked HRC mailbox found on our entry gate. Please lift the flap at the top of the box and drop your items in. Our staff come and go at the office throughout the day. We hope to have our window signage in place over the next few weeks so we can be easily found.
